PLAYER AGREEMENT

By clicking "I agree" you acknowledge that you have read, you understand and you consent to the terms and conditions of the PlayNow Player Agreement, including section 7.02 which states:

BCLC is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information BCLC collects from you during your use of PlayNow.com may be used by BCLC:

1. to communicate with you;
2. to assist BCLC and its service providers, including Authorized Providers, with any aspect or operation of PlayNow.com, as BCLC in its sole and absolute discretion deems necessary;
3. to assist BCLC and/or the Provincial Government with any aspect or operation of any existing or future responsible play programs, policies, measures or initiatives;
4. in accordance with other applicable laws;
5. to access your credit file for the purpose of identity verification only and not a credit check; and
6. for BCLC's internal business purposes, including marketing.

BCLC will not sell your personal information.

YOU HEREBY AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BCLC AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS AND AUTHORIZED PROVIDERS MAY ACCESS AND STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE CANADA FOR THE ABOVE PURPOSES.
