BCLC’s new retail sportsbook is here

PROLINE is digital, meaning no more pencils and paper slips. It does not require an account and it has many new and exciting ways to play, including single event betting, improved odds, more markets, and same-day payouts. TOTO is also still available.

Players can download the new BCLC PROLINE app on their phone, create their bet slips on the app and receive an app-generated QR code which they bring into a retail location to scan and receive a printed ticket.

No. If you’re unable to download the BCLC PROLINE app on your phone, you can create your bet slip by visiting the sportsbook in a web browser at proline.bclc.com on your mobile device or your computer. The process will be similar - once you’re done creating your bet slip, you will need to take a screenshot or print out the generated QR code or bookmark the web page where you created your bet slip. When you get to a retail location, you’ll scan your QR code to receive a printed ticket.

In the app:

1. Download the BCLC PROLINE app from the Apple or Android stores right from your phone.
2. Find the leagues or game you’re looking for. Choose from Money Lines, Point Spreads, Totals and more and then select your picks.
3. Review your picks and enter your wager amount.
4. Touch “Create QR Code” and a QR code will be generated.

Take your QR code into your favourite retailer and scan your QR Code from your device on the front facing camera up at the counter. Pay your retailer, get your printed ticket, and enjoy the game!

Using a web browser:

1. Visit the PROLINE sportsbook in a web browser at www.proline.bclc.com.
2. Find the leagues or game you’re looking for and then select your picks.
3. Review and enter your wager amount, then hit the Create QR Code button to generate your QR Code.
4. Print or capture a copy of your QR code:
   1. On your computer: Use control + P to print your screen or take a photo of your QR code
   2. If you’re visiting the sportsbook on your smartphone: Bookmark the web page in your smartphone so you can access your QR code when you’re at a retail store.

Take your QR code into your favourite retailer and scan your QR Code from your device on the front facing camera up at the counter. Pay your retailer, get your printed ticket, and enjoy the game!

If you’re using the app: Take your smartphone that you used to create your bet into your favourite retail location and present your QR code to pay for your bet and receive a printed ticket.

If you’re using the web browser: Take a picture of the QR code or print a copy of the QR code that you receive when you’re done making your bet. Take that QR code into your favourite retail location to pay for your bet and receive your printed ticket.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you obtain a ticket receipt and that you check your ticket upon receipt. Any odds displayed in bold on your final ticket reflect that a change occurred to those initially posted before the time of purchase. Our odds are dynamic and constantly update to reflect the latest game and event information.

No. If you use the sportsbook website to create your betslip, you’ll need to make sure to print or take a picture of your QR code with your smartphone, so that you can bring the QR code into your local retail store to pay for your bet and receive your printed ticket.

The minimum wager is $1, and the maximum amount you can wager is $100. If you would like to wager more, you will need to create separate bet slips.

The QR codes will remain in “My QRs” up to a maximum of 20 codes. If a QR code is not scanned, it will remain in “My QRs”, but it will only be valid up until the event. Once you have reached a maximum of 20 QR codes saved in the app, you will need to delete your old QR codes.
