2. Visit the 12 Days of Jackpots Page: Head to the promotion page daily during the promotion period.
3. Pick Your Game: Choose one of the 18 featured games included in the promotion.
4. Opt-In and Launch the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget: Accept the terms and conditions in the pop-up window to activate the Jackpots Widget.
5. Play any Featured Game: Enjoy playing the featured games during the daily jackpot period. The 12 Days of Jackpots Widget could randomly award one of 120 jackpots, each worth $1,000, for a combined total of $120,000 in jackpots across the promotion!
6. Daily Jackpot Fun: Once all jackpots for the day have been awarded, the widget will reset and appear again the next day during the promotional period, unless all jackpots for the promotion have already been awarded.

Winners will receive their jackpots directly in their PlayNow accounts within three business days.

The jackpots will be awarded randomly throughout the promotion period. The 12 Days of Jackpots Widget may award a jackpot to a player actively playing on any one of the 18 featured games.

The 12 Days of Jackpots Promotion starts on December 4, 2025. All Qualified Participants are eligible to participate each day of the promotion. Please see terms and conditions for the definition of a Qualified Participant.

When you first launch any of the featured games in the 12 Days of Jackpots promotion during a daily jackpot period, the opt in pop up will launch. Each player will have the following choices:

• Opt In: This will opt you in to the promotion and launch the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget during your game play. Once you opt in once to the promotion, you do not need to opt in again.
• Opt Out: This will opt you out of the 12 Days of Jackpots promotion, meaning the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget will not launch at any time during the promo period. Should you opt out and choose to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with PlayNow Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop up window to relaunch for your account.
• Decide Later: If you choose decide later, the opt-in pop up will launch the next time you launch any of the featured games during a daily jackpot period. You will not be able to participate in the 12 Days of Jackpots promotion until you opt in.

If you opted out of the 12 Days of Jackpots promotion but decided to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with PlayNow Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note it could take up to 3 business days for the opt-in pop up window to relaunch for your account.

No, once you have opted in once for the 12 Days of Jackpots promotion, you do not need to opt in again. If you open a featured game during the Promotion Period, and there is still a jackpot eligible to be won for that day, the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget will automatically launch.

Jackpots are awarded randomly each day during the promotional period, and the number of jackpots awarded per day may vary. If you didn’t win today, you can continue playing on the following day for another chance to win while the promotion is still running.

The jackpots are awarded randomly throughout the promotion. If all remaining jackpots have already been awarded for the day, the widget will reset and not appear again until the next day during the promotional period. Once the promotion ends, the widget will no longer appear.

No, there is no minimum spend requirement. Jackpots will be awarded randomly during the daily jackpot period to players actively playing a featured game.

When you launch the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget, you’ll see the remaining prize pool and number of jackpots still available in the promotion. For example, if “$10,000” or “10” is shown, there are 10 jackpots of $1,000 left to be won. These numbers will decrease as jackpots are awarded. Once all jackpots have been awarded for the promotion, the widget will no longer appear.

Congratulations! All jackpots will be awarded directly into your PlayNow account within three business days. You will receive a notification of an Account Adjustment to your account, and there will be an account message letting you know to check your account balance. Please only call the PlayNow Customer Support Centre if you have not received your jackpot payout until after four business days. Jackpots will be awarded in accordance with the 12 Days of Jackpots terms and conditions.

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

The 12 Days of Jackpots promotion does not affect the game play of the featured game you are playing. You are still eligible to play and have the chance to win jackpots within the featured games themselves. Any winnings directly from any of the featured games does not impact your chances of receiving a jackpot from the 12 Days of Jackpots Widget.

Promotion jackpots are awarded in addition to any prizes you may win from the featured games. Your regular game play and payouts remain unaffected.
