   • Once opted in, you’ll be eligible for the entire promotion.
   • If you select "Opt Out", you won’t be eligible to win a Mystery Jackpot.
4. Play Featured Games & Watch the Jackpot Grow!
   
   • The Mystery Jackpot Widget will display the current jackpot amount – which continues to grow as players play featured games!
   • Mystery Jackpots will be randomly awarded to players who are actively playing featured games.

Jackpots will continue to drop until the full $75,000 prize pool has been awarded!

The Mystery Jackpots Widget will randomly award jackpots to players actively playing featured games during the promotion period. There is no set number of jackpots per day, the Mystery Jackpot Widget will randomly trigger and award Mystery Jackpots to players actively playing featured games.

The Mystery Jackpots Widget starts at $500 and continues to grow until it randomly drops and awards a Mystery Jackpot to a player actively playing a featured game. The player will win the amount that is displayed on the widget at the time of their win.

Once the jackpot has been awarded, the widget resets back to $500 and players can continue to play for a chance to win a Mystery Jackpot!

The Mystery Jackpots promotion runs starts March 16, 2026 and ends when the total prize pool of $75,000 has been awarded. All Qualified Participants are eligible to participate each day of the promotion. Please see terms and conditions for the definition of a qualified participant.

When you first launch any of the featured games in the Mystery Jackpots promotion, the opt in pop up will launch. Each player will have the following choices:

• Opt In: This will opt you in to the promotion and launch the Mystery Jackpots Widget during your game play. Once you opt in once to the promotion, you do not need to opt in again.
• Opt Out: This will opt you out of the Mystery Jackpots promotion, meaning the Mystery Jackpots Widget will not launch at any time during the promo period. Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop up window to relaunch for your account.

No, once you have opted in once for the Mystery Jackpots promotion, you do not need to opt in again. If you open a featured game during the promotion period, the Mystery Jackpots Widget will automatically launch.

The Mystery Jackpots Widget will display the total available prize which will continue to grow up to a maximum of $2,500 until the Mystery Jackpots Widget randomly awards the jackpot to a player. The player will win whatever value is currently displayed on the Mystery Jackpots Widget at the time of their win.

If the Mystery Jackpots widget awards you a prize, a win message will appear on your screen like the below. This means you’ve won a Mystery Jackpot, and it will be awarded into your account within three business days. Your Mystery Jackpot prize amount is the amount that is displayed on the widget at the time of your win.

The Jackpot Tool is based on a true Random Number Generator (RNG) which means players remain at similar odds throughout the entire campaign. This means every player has equal chance of winning regardless of when or how often they may decide to play during the campaign. So, while unlikely, it is entirely possible for the same player to win more than once.

Congratulations! All jackpots will be awarded directly into your PlayNow account within three business days. Please note, if you win a jackpot on a weekend, your jackpot will not be added into your PlayNow account until the following business day. You will receive a notification of an Account Adjustment to your account, and there will be an account message letting you know to check your account balance. Please only call the Customer Care Centre if you have not received your jackpot payout until after four business days. Jackpots will be awarded in accordance with the Mystery Jackpots terms and conditions.

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

The Mystery Jackpots promotion does not affect the game play of the featured game you are playing. You are still eligible to play and have the chance to win within the featured games themselves. Any winnings directly from any of the featured games does not impact your chances to win one of the Mystery Jackpots.

The Mystery Jackpot amount changes over time—it grows as more players participate until it is randomly awarded. The exact amount you win depends on when the jackpot drops!

Once the total $75,000 jackpot pool has been awarded, the Mystery Jackpots widget will turn off and not launch.
