Earn Encore Rewards points on PlayNow

By linking your accounts, you will be able to earn Encore Rewards points while playing your favourite online casino games on PlayNow when the new program launches in early 2021.

• If you know your Encore Rewards number:
  • Login to your existing PlayNow account.
  • Go to “My Account”.
  • Go to “Edit Profile”.
  • Go to Encore Rewards and enter your membership number.
• If you don’t know your Encore Rewards number:
  • You can find your Encore Rewards number in the Profile section of your online account on CasinosBC.com.
  • If you don’t have online access or are still having trouble, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
• If you already have a PlayNow account but don’t have an Encore Rewards account:
  • Login to your existing PlayNow.com account
  • Go to “My Account”
  • Go to “Edit Profile”
  • Select “Not an Encore Rewards member? Join now.” and complete the registration process
  • Select “Yes” to opt-in to earning Encore Rewards points on PlayNow
• If you don't have a PlayNow or Encore Rewards account:
  • Register for a PlayNow.com account
  • Once your account is active, got to “My Account”
  • Go to “Edit Profile”
  • Select “Not an Encore Rewards member? Join now.” and complete the registration process
  • Select “Yes” to opt-in to earning Encore Rewards points on PlayNow

• It can take approximately 5 - 10 business days for your accounts to be linked.
• You will receive an automated email confirmation once your account is verified and linked.
  • Note – you will not earn Encore Rewards points until your account is verified and you have opted in to the program.
• If you do not receive an email confirmation check your junk mail folder and call Customer Support at 1-877-706-6789 for assistance.

• If your account is successfully verified and linked, your Encore Rewards number will appear in your “My Edit Profile” section and will be greyed out.
• You’ll receive a pop-up message to opt-in to earning Encore Rewards points when the program launches in early 2021.

• You will not be eligible to earn Encore Rewards until you have opted in to the program. After you have received confirmation that your accounts have been verified, you will be prompted to opt-in at your next login to PlayNow.
• You can edit your opt-in status at any time to receive Encore Rewards, within your PlayNow profile.

• No, once your Encore Rewards number has been linked and verified with your PlayNow account it is greyed out in your profile and cannot be changed.
• If you see an error or don’t recognize the account number, please call Customer Support at 1-877-706-6789 for assistance.

Encore Rewards points can be earned on Casino, Live Casino and Instants on PlayNow. Points cannot be earned on poker or video poker.
