How to Participate

2. Select a Featured Game & Play During the Flash Drops Hours
   
   • Launch one of the 24 featured games during the Flash Drops Hours and start playing
   • Flash Drops Hours: 6:00pm – 10:00pm
3. Opt In & Activate the Flash Drops Widget
   
   • Accept the Terms & Conditions in the pop-up window to activate the Flash Drops Widget.
   • Once you opt in, you’ll be eligible for the entire promotion.
   • If you select "Opt Out," you won’t be eligible to win a Flash Drops prize.
4. Play Featured Games & Wait for a Flash Drop!
   
   • The Flash Drops Widget will display the total number of prizes remaining and the amount of time left to participate that day
   • Flash Drop prizes will be randomly awarded to players who are actively playing featured games.

Prizes will continue to drop daily during the Flash Drop Hours until all 700 prizes have been awarded.

Winners will receive their prizes directly in their PlayNow accounts upon refreshing their screen or spinning again.

The Flash Drops Widget will randomly award prizes to players actively playing featured games during the Flash Drop Hours.

The Flash Drops promotion runs from June 8 - 14, 2026. All Qualified Participants are eligible to participate each day of the promotion. Please see terms and conditions for the definition of an eligible participant.

When you first launch any of the featured games in the Flash Drop promotion, the opt in pop up will launch. Each player will have the following choices:

• Opt In: This will opt you in to the promotion and launch the Flash Drop Widget during your game play. Once you opt in once to the promotion, you do not need to opt in again.
• Opt Out: This will opt you out of the Flash Drop promotion, meaning the Flash Drop Widget will not launch at any time during the promo period. Should you opt out and choose to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with PlayNow Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop up window to relaunch for your account.

No, once you have opted in once for the Flash Drop promotion, you do not need to opt in again. If you open a featured game during the promotion period, the Flash Drop Widget will automatically launch.

If the Flash Drops widget awards you a prize, a win message will appear on your screen like the below. You can tap and reveal your prize. Upon refreshing the screen or spinning again, your prize will be automatically awarded into your account.

The Flash Drops tool is based on a true Random Number Generator (RNG) which means players remain at similar odds throughout the entire campaign. This means every player has equal chance of winning regardless of when or how often they may decide to play during the campaign. So, while unlikely, it is entirely possible for the same player to win more than once.

Congratulations! All jackpots will be awarded directly into your PlayNow account instantly upon refreshing your screen or spinning again. Please only call the Customer Care Centre if you have not received your jackpot payout until after four business days. Jackpots will be awarded in accordance with the Mystery Jackpots terms and conditions.

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

The Flash Drops promotion does not affect the game play of the featured game you are playing. You are still eligible to play and have the chance to win within the featured games themselves. Any winnings directly from any of the featured games does not impact your chances to win one of the Flash Drops prizes.

Once all 700 prizes have been awarded, the Flash Drops Widget will turn off and not launch.
