How to Participate

1. Log in or Sign up: Sign in to your PlayNow account or create one to get started.
2. Visit the Mystery Jackpots Page: Go to the promotion page between 10 AM – 10 PM each day.
3. Play a Featured Game: Choose from 18 eligible games and start playing.
4. Opt In & Activate the Mystery Jackpot Widget:
   
   • Accept the Terms & Conditions in the pop-up window to activate the Mystery Jackpot Widget.
   • Once opted in, you’ll be eligible for the entire promotion.
   • If you select "Opt Out", you won’t be eligible to win a Mystery Jackpot.
5. Play During the Jackpot Period:
   
   • The Mystery Jackpot Widget will display the current jackpot amount—which continues to grow during the Daily Jackpot Period!.
   • Mystery Jackpots will be randomly awarded to players who are actively playing during the Daily Jackpot Period.

The Mystery Jackpots Widget will randomly award jackpots to players actively playing featured games during the Daily Jackpot Period. There is no set number of jackpots per day, the Mystery Jackpot Widget will randomly trigger and award Mystery Jackpots to players actively playing featured games.

The Mystery Jackpots Widget starts at $1,000 and continues to grow until it randomly drops and awards a Mystery Jackpot to a player actively playing a featured game. The player will win the amount that is displayed on the widget at the time of their win.

Once the jackpot has been awarded, the widget resets back to $1,000 and players can continue to play for a chance to win a Mystery Jackpot!

If the Mystery Jackpot has not been won by 10:00 PM PST, the prize funds go back into the total prize pool, and the widget resets the next day at 10:00 AM PST at $1,000.

The Mystery Jackpots promotion runs starts April 8, 2025 and ends when the total prize pool of $325,000 has been awarded.  All Qualified Participants are eligible to participate each day of the promotion. Please see terms and conditions for the definition of a qualified participant.

When you first launch any of the featured games in the Mystery Jackpots promotion during a daily jackpot period, the opt in pop up will launch. Each player will have the following choices:

• Opt In: This will opt you in to the promotion for the day. and launch the Mystery Jackpots Widget during your game play. You will need to opt in each day for the promotion.
• Opt Out: This will opt you out of the Mystery Jackpots promotion, meaning the Mystery Jackpots Widget will not launch for that day. If you’ve opted out and want to opt back in, you can opt in the next promotion day.

If you opted out of the Mystery Jackpots promotion but decided to opt in, you can opt in again the next promotion day.

Yes, each day the widget will relaunch and you will need to select opt in to launch the widget.

Unfortunately, the jackpots are only randomly awarded between 10 AM – 10 PM PST. You can check back the next day for another chance to win a jackpot!

During the Daily Jackpot Period, the Mystery Jackpots Widget will display the total available prize which will continue to grow until the Mystery Jackpots Widget randomly awards the jackpot to a player. The player will win whatever value is currently displayed on the Mystery Jackpots Widget at the time of their win.

In this example, the Mystery Jackpots widget is displaying a total prize of $5.20, meaning this is the value (out of the total prize pool of $325,000) that is available to be won by players. Please note this is for demo purposes only, and the minimum Mystery Jackpot value for the promotion is $1,000.

The Mystery Jackpot Widget will be active during the Daily Jackpot Period of 10 AM – 10 PM PST. Mystery Jackpots are available to be won until the full $325,000 prize pool has been claimed. There is no set number of jackpot winners per day – once a jackpot is awarded, the widget resets back to $1,000. The widget will only disappear at the end of the Jackpot Validity period, and reset the next day.

If there are funds on the Mystery Jackpot Widget that do not get awarded to a player prior to 10 PM PST, the funds will go back into the total prize pool, and the widget will reset the next day at 10 AM PST at the minimum jackpot amount.

If the Mystery Jackpots widget awards you a prize, a win message will appear on your screen like the below. This means you’ve won a Mystery Jackpot, and it will be awarded into your account within three business days. Your Mystery Jackpot prize amount is the amount that is displayed on the widget at the time of your win.

In this example, the winner has won a Mystery jackpot of $1,012.47 which will be deposited into their PlayNow account within three business days.

The Jackpot Tool is based on a true Random Number Generator (RNG) which means players remain at similar odds throughout the entire campaign. This means every player has equal chance of winning regardless of when or how often they may decide to play during the campaign. So, while unlikely, it is entirely possible for the same player to win more than once.

No, there is no minimum spend requirement. Jackpots will be awarded randomly during the Daily jackpot period to players actively playing a featured game.

Congratulations! All jackpots will be awarded directly into your PlayNow account within three business days. Please note, if you win a jackpot on a weekend, your jackpot will not be added into your PlayNow account until the following business day. You will receive a notification of an Account Adjustment to your account, and there will be an account message letting you know to check your account balance. Please only call the Customer Care Centre if you have not received your jackpot payout until after four business days. Jackpots will be awarded in accordance with the Mystery Jackpots terms and conditions.

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

The Mystery Jackpots promotion does not affect the game play of the featured game you are playing. You are still eligible to play and have the chance to win within the featured games themselves. Any winnings directly from any of the featured games does not impact your chances to win one of the Mystery Jackpots.

The Mystery Jackpot amount changes over time—it grows as more players participate until it is randomly awarded. The exact amount you win depends on when the jackpot drops!

The prize money used for the Mystery Jackpots promotion is funded from discontinued slot games on PlayNow that featured progressive jackpots. The remaining jackpot funds from these games, which were still available for players to win at the time of suspension, are as follows:

If someone else wins the Mystery Jackpot while you’re playing a featured game, the Mystery Jackpots widget will show two dashes and then reset back to the minimum jackpot amount of $1,000 - giving you the chance to win a whole new jackpot!

When another player wins the Mystery Jackpot while you’re actively playing a featured game, the widget displays the above two dashes and then resets back to the minimum value of $1,000.
