The Level Up Leaderboard runs across three separate tournament periods:

• Tournament One: April 21 – 23
• Tournament Two: April 27 – 29
• Tournament Three: May 1 - 3

Each tournament awards $8,000 in cash prizes to the top 20 players, for a total of $24,000 in prizing.

How to Participate

1. Log in to your PlayNow.com account during any tournament period.
2. Launch a featured Blackjack game, which will trigger the pop‑up Leaderboard Widget.
3. Select “Opt‑In” to join the tournament. If you select “opt out,” you will not be eligible to participate.
4. The Leaderboard Widget will assign you a random unique username.
5. Start playing! You’ll earn points toward your High Score based on:
   
   • 30 points for every twenty‑one (21) you hit
   • 20 points for every time you split your cards
6. Your score is based on 21 consecutive rounds, with unlimited retries to improve your High Score.
7. The widget displays your best score, your current rank, and the top scores for the tournament.

At the end of each tournament, the top 20 players will receive cash prizes.

All tournaments feature the same Blackjack games:

• Multi‑Hand Blackjack
• Blackjack
• Blackjack Poker & Pairs
• 5 Hand Blackjack

You only need to opt in once per tournament period. You will remain opted in for the duration of that tournament. You must opt in again when the next tournament period begins.

The Leaderboard Widget assigns you a unique, random username. Only this username and your High Score will appear on the leaderboard. Your PlayNow username and personal information are never displayed.

No. Each tournament is completely separate. When a tournament ends, the top 20 players receive their prizes, and the next tournament begins with everyone starting fresh.

To opt back in, please contact PlayNow Customer Support. Re‑enabling participation may take a few days, so you may not be able to rejoin the current tournament before it ends.

No. There is no minimum spend requirement. Players may wager any amount they choose on the featured Blackjack games.

Your High Score is based on 21 consecutive spins on any featured Blackjack game.

You earn points for:

• 30 points for every twenty‑one (21)
• 20 points for every split

You may switch between featured games or log out and return later — your progress is saved until your 21‑spin sequence is complete.

The Leaderboard only adds points; it does not deduct points for spins that do not generate a scoring event.

Select “Start Retry” on the Leaderboard Widget. Your highest score is always saved, so you won’t lose progress by retrying.

You have unlimited retries during each tournament period.

The Leaderboard Widget displays:

• Your current rank
• Your best score
• The top ranking players in the tournament

At the end of each tournament, the top 20 players receive cash prizes.

The widget shows:

• How many spins you have completed out of 21
• Your current High Score
• Your current leaderboard position
• The top ranking players

No. Your progress is saved if you switch featured games, play something else, or log out. When you return to a featured game, the widget will resume exactly where you left off.

If multiple players achieve the same High Score, the player who reached that score first will receive the higher ranking.

Congratulations! Prizes are awarded directly to your PlayNow account within three business days after the tournament ends. You’ll receive an Account Adjustment notification and an account message confirming the prize. If you haven’t received your prize after four business days, please contact Customer Support.

No. The promotion does not affect the gameplay or odds of the featured Blackjack games. You can still win prizes and bonuses as usual.
