How to Participate

2. Play a Featured Game: Choose from 30 featured games to participate.
3. Opt In & Activate the MEGA VAULT Widget:
   
   • Accept the Terms & Conditions in the pop-up window to activate the MEGA VAULT Widget.
   • Once opted in, you're in for the entire promotion!
   • If you select "Decide Later", the opt-in prompt will reappear the next time you open a featured game.
   • If you select "Opt Out", you won’t be eligible to win a jackpot.
4. Play & Wait for the Vault to Crack!
   
   • When the MEGA VAULT cracks, a prize drop is triggered — and it will be either a MEGA Drop or a MINI Drop.
   • MEGA Drops: $2,500, $1,500, or $500
   • MINI Drops: $200 or $100
5. Prizes Drop Until They’re Gone!
   
   • Starting March 2, multiple prizes will be awarded every day until all prizes have been awarded.
   • The MEGA VAULT Widget will display how many prizes are available to be won.

Winners will receive their jackpots directly in their PlayNow accounts within three business days.

The MEGA VAULT Promotion runs starts March 2^nd and ends when the full $100,000 prize pool has been awarded. All Qualified Participants are eligible to participate each day of the promotion. Please see terms and conditions for the definition of a qualified participant.

When you first launch any of the featured games in the MEGA VAULT promotion, the opt in pop up will launch. Each player will have the following choices:

• Opt In: This will opt you in to the promotion and launch the MEGA VAULT Widget during your game play. Once you opt in once to the promotion, you do not need to opt in again.
• Opt Out: This will opt you out of the MEGA VAULT promotion, meaning the MEGA VAULT Widget will not launch at any time during the promotion period. Should you opt out and choose to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with PlayNow Customer Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop up window to relaunch for your account.
• Decide Later: If you choose decide later, the opt-in pop up will launch the next time you launch any of the featured games during the promotion period.

If you opted out of the MEGA VAULT promotion but decided to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with PlayNow Customer Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop up window to relaunch for your account.

No, once you have opted in once for the MEGA VAULT promotion, you do not need to opt in again. If you open a featured game, the MEGA VAULT Widget will automatically launch.

The MEGA VAULT will crack open and randomly drop either MEGA Drops or MINI Drops to players actively playing featured games.

The MEGA VAULT Widget will display how many prizes are available to be won that day. When the MEGA VAULT is cracked open, it will randomly drop MEGA Drops or MINI Drops to players actively playing featured games. When all prizes have been awarded, the widget will showcase a countdown clock as to when more prizes will be available.

If the MEGA VAULT widget awards you a prize, a win message will appear on your screen like the below. It will display whether you won a MEGA Drop or a MINI Drop and the value of prize you won.

The MEGA VAULT Widget is based on a true Random Number Generator (RNG) which means players remain at similar odds throughout the entire campaign. This means every player has equal chance of winning regardless of when or how often they may decide to play during the campaign. So, while unlikely, it is entirely possible for the same player to win more than once.

No, there is no minimum spend requirement. Prizes will be awarded randomly during the promotion period when the MEGA VAULT has been cracked open activated to players actively playing a featured game.

Congratulations! All prizes will be awarded directly into your PlayNow account within three business days. Please note, if you win a prize on a weekend, your prize will not be added into your PlayNow account until the following business day. You will receive a notification of an Account Adjustment to your account, and there will be an account message letting you know to check your account balance. Please only call PlayNow Customer Support if you have not received your prize payout until after four business days. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the MEGA VAULT terms and conditions.

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

The MEGA VAULT promotion does not affect the game play of the featured game you are playing. You are still eligible to play and have the chance to win jackpots within the featured games themselves. Any winnings directly from any of the featured games does not impact your chances to win a share of the $100,000 MEGA VAULT prize pool.
