How to register

You can set up your PlayNow Sports account in three easy steps.

Step 1

• Select the Sign up and redeem offer button. This will direct you to the first step in the sign-up process.
• By selecting this button, the promo code will be automatically entered into the Welcome Bonus section on the left side of the screen. Begin to enter your personal details and move through to the second step.

Step 2

• Select your username. This should be between 6 – 20 characters with no symbols or special characters.
• Next, pick your password. Verify your password and choose two security questions and answers.
• The security questions and answers are necessary in case you forget your username or password.

Step 3

• Read the PlayNow player agreement and privacy notice, consent to the terms and conditions, and confirm you have created the account for yourself.
• Once you have completed these tasks, you can complete your sign-up and start betting.

Fund your account

Before you start betting on PlayNow, you must make your first deposit. Once you’ve successfully signed up, you can access your account in the top right corner of the page. You will see a Quick Deposit button and another Deposit box underneath.

PlayNow offers 6 deposit methods

PlayNow offers a variety of different methods to deposit funds into your account.

• You may use your Debit card or Credit card for quick deposits.
• You may also select Interact Online, PayPal, Web Cash (available for purchase at your local Lotto retailer) or Online bill payments through your bank.

Enter your banking details

For any of these methods, follow the required banking or payment information, and then make your deposit. Once you’ve added funds to your account, you’re ready to start betting with PlayNow Sports!

Redeem your match deposit offer

To meet the requirements of your match deposit offer, you must first enter the promo code, then make a minimum deposit of $10 and place a minimum bet of $10 at PlayNow Sports.

• The maximum deposit amount to meet the requirements of the match deposit offer is $250.
• If you enter the promo code, make a first deposit of $250 and then spend through that $250, you will receive 5 (five) $50 free bets. Players receive 5 free bets at 20% of their deposit amount.
• Once these requirements have been met, the free bet tokens will be added into your account.
• You can apply these free bets in the betslip.
• Once your free bet tokens are available, make a selection on any game of your choosing. Once this selection appears in your betslip, you’ll see the Apply Free Bet button appear.
• Select this, then select one of the tokens available. The token amount you have selected will appear in the betslip.

When you win a bet which you placed using a Sports free bet, only the prize amount will be returned to your account. The value of the free bet will not be returned.

Single-Event Betting

Single-event betting has been legal in Canada since August 2021 and is available at PlayNow Sports.

This means you can wager on the outcome of a single event or game and you are not required to parlay that selection with another.

Want to place a bet on the Vancouver Canucks to win the game? Go ahead and make that selection – no need to parlay it with another selection from another game unless you choose to.

Players still have the option to build parlays on PlayNow Sports, but it’s no longer required.

Betslip Information

When you’re ready to begin betting, make your selection on any game you choose. Your selection will appear in the right-hand section on desktop or the bottom of your mobile device.

Select the box under To Wager and enter the amount you’d like to bet.

• PlayNow Sports has a Quick Bets option if you’re looking to place a set amount.

Once you’ve made your selection and entered your wager amount, you will see a green button at the bottom of the slip. This will show your bet amount and potential total return. Select this button to place your bet, or you can press the X at the top right corner to erase your selections.

You have three items in your betslip to track your wagers.

• The Betslip tab is where you can make and complete your wagers.
• My Bets will track the wagers. You can view bets available for Cash Out, bets still Pending, or bets that have been settled.
• Settings allow you to adjust the Quick Bets function and the Odds Format, and you can enable a Confirm Bets function that will allow you to confirm your bet in the betslip before the transaction is complete.

Cashout is available at PlayNow Sports

The Cashout feature allows you to settle a bet prior to the completion of an event.

Bets eligible for Cashout will appear under the Cashout section on the betslip. You can also adjust your Cash Out settings so a wager cashes out once it reaches a certain value.

If a bet is eligible for cashout, the cashout option may still not be available all the time. Bets should not be made for the sole intention of cashing out a bet.

If you use cashout, the funds from your bet will be deposited back into your PlayNow account.

Withdraw Funds

You can withdraw funds from your PlayNow account directly into your bank account.

Go into your Player Account and select Withdraw Funds. You will be asked to choose a withdraw amount. All funds available for withdraw will appear under Cash Balance.

Once you have chosen a withdrawal amount, you can select Next to begin steps to complete the transaction. Please allow 2-3 business days for the transaction to process and funds to be deposited into the financial institution account of your choosing.
