New regulations require all players to add an Occupation to their Profile
Before funds can be deposited or withdrawn from your account we ask that you take a few moments to make these easy account changes.
How do I add or change my occupation information?
- Log in to your PlayNow account.
- Select "My Account" from the menu.
- Select "Edit profile".
- Then under the "Personal Details" tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Set Occupation" button.
- Complete the five-level occupation options and click "Continue".
- Confirm your occupation has been recorded and click "OK" to save.
Note: if you can’t find your exact job title, please choose the closest fit.

The federal government has recently approved changes to the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA). To continue our compliance with these federal regulations, PlayNow will implement changes to the information that we collect about our players.
