This tournament takes place over three weekends:

Weekend 1: August 16–17 Weekend 2: August 23–24 Weekend 3: August 31 – September 1

Each weekend will be giving away 20 prizes to 20 winners, and the prize pool will level up each weekend!

How to Participate

1. Log in to your PlayNow.com account during a tournament period.
2. Launch a featured game- launching the pop up Leaderboard Widget.
3. Select “Opt-In” to launch the Leaderboard Widget.
   
   • Please note if you select “opt out” you may not be eligible to participate in this promotion
4. The Leaderboard Widget will load on your screen and will assign you a random unique username for participation
5. Start spinning! Your score will be calculated using your Win-to-Wager ratio.
6. Your score is based on 20 consecutive spins. Each player will get unlimited retries to earn their High Score.
7. The Leaderboard Widget shows your best score and current rank and the Top 20 for the whole tournament
8. At the end of each Tournament period, the top 20 ranking players will receive a cash prize based on the table below.

Once you have opted in to the Leaderboard widget, you will remain opted in for the entire tournament period. You will need to opt in once for each tournament weekend.

Upon opting in, the Leaderboard widget will assign you a unique username. Your unique username and highest score will display on the Leaderboard. No personal information, including PlayNow username, will be visible on the Leaderboard.

No, every tournament is run separately – meaning following the end of Tournament 1, the top 20 ranking players will receive their prize. Tournament 2 starts fresh on Saturday August 23 with everyone’s progress resetting.

To opt back in to the Level Up Leaderboard promotion, you need to call PlayNow customer support at 1-877-706-6789 to be opted back in. Please note, this could take a few days so you may not be able to be opted back into the tournament prior to the end date.

No, there is no minimum spend requirement. Players will be awarded points based on their Win to Wager ratio. Players may wager any amount they choose on the featured games.

The Leaderboard widget will calculate your top score based on 20 consecutive spins on featured games. Each spin may award you points if it generates a win. When a spin generates a win, the points allocated to that spin are determined by the Win to Wager Ratio- then multiplied by 100.

If you bet $2.00 and win $4.00:

• $4.00 ÷ $2.00 = 2
• 2 × 100 = 200 points

You can play any of the featured games to earn your top score. Your progress is continuous if you choose to switch to a different game, or log off and log back in. Upon launching a featured game, your progress to earning your Top Score will be held. The Leaderboard only adds points to your high score, it does not deduct points for spins that do not generate a win.

You can start a retry by selecting “start retry” on the Leaderboard. Your highest score will be held so no progress is lost by initiating a retry.

Each tournament allows for 300 retries for players to earn their Top Score.

The Leaderboard Widget will display your rank as well as the ranking of the top 20 players. During each tournament, the top 20 players with the highest scores will receive a prize based on the prize table below.

The leaderboard tracks your spin progress and shows how many spins you have remaining to earn your High Score. It also shows your current position on the leaderboard, and the rank of the top 20 players.

No, the Leaderboard will hold your progress if you choose to spin on different featured games, or choose to play something else for a while, or log off. Upon launching a featured game, the Leaderboard widget will display your progress exactly as you left it.

If multiple players receive the same high score, the player who earned the high score first will receive the higher ranking on the Leaderboard.

Congratulations! All prizes will be awarded directly into your PlayNow account within three business days. You will receive a notification of an Account Adjustment to your account, and there will be an account message letting you know to check your account balance. Please only call the Customer Care Centre if you have not received your prize payout until after four business days. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the Level Up Leaderboard terms and conditions.

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

The promotion does not affect the game play of the featured game you are playing. You are still eligible to play and have the chance to win jackpots within the featured games themselves.
