How to Participate

1. Log in or Sign up: Sign in to your PlayNow account or create one to get started.
2. Play a Featured Game: Choose from 24 featured games to participate.
3. Opt In & Activate the MEGA VAULT Widget:
   
   • Accept the Terms & Conditions in the pop-up window to activate the MEGA VAULT Widget.
   • Once opted in, you're in for the entire promotion!
   • If you select "Decide Later", the opt-in prompt will reappear the next time you open a featured game.
   • If you select "Opt Out", you won’t be eligible to win a jackpot.
4. Play & Wait for the Vault to Crack!
   
   • When the MEGA VAULT cracks, a prize drop is triggered — and it will be either a MEGA Drop or a MINI Drop.
   • Prize values vary throughout the promotion. Check the This Weekend's Prizes section above for the prizes currently available.
5. Prizes Drop Friday – Sunday
   
   • Multiple prizes will be available every Friday through Sunday throughout the promotion.
   • The MEGA VAULT Widget will display how many prizes are available to be won.

Winners will receive their prizes directly in their PlayNow accounts within three business days.

The MEGA VAULT promotion runs during 11 promotional periods from September 3 to November 15, 2026, based on the applicable local time in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

During Weeks 1–10, PlayNow participates in a national MEGA VAULT promotion, with prizes shared among eligible participants across participating Canadian jurisdictions.

Week 11 is a PlayNow-exclusive promotional period, with prizes available exclusively to eligible PlayNow participants in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

MEGA VAULT prizes will be randomly awarded during each promotional period. When the MEGA VAULT cracks, either a MEGA Drop or MINI Drop will be randomly awarded to an eligible player actively playing a featured game.

During Weeks 1 – 10, prizes are part of a national prize pool shared across participating Canadian jurisdictions. During Week 11, prizes are available exclusively to eligible PlayNow players in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

There are 6,837 prizes worth a total of $1,000,800 available throughout the MEGA VAULT promotion.

During Weeks 1–10, there are 6,525 prizes worth $796,800 available as part of the national prize pool shared among eligible participants across participating Canadian jurisdictions.

During Week 11, there are 312 prizes worth $204,000 available exclusively to eligible PlayNow participants in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Week 11 – PlayNow-Exclusive Prize Pool

312 prizes worth $204,000 are available across the entire Week 11 Promotional Period exclusively to eligible PlayNow participants in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Unlike Weeks 1–10, the quantities below represent the total number of prizes available across the three-day Promotional Period and are not quantities available per day.

Total MEGA VAULT Prize Pool

Eligible Participants can participate during each promotional period, running every Friday through Sunday from September 4 to November 15, 2026.

Once you have opted in to the promotion, you do not need to opt in again each weekend.

When you first launch any of the featured games in the MEGA VAULT promotion, the opt-in pop-up will launch. You will have the following choices:

• Opt In: This will opt you in to the promotion and launch the MEGA VAULT Widget during your game play. Once you opt in to the promotion, you do not need to opt in again.
• Opt Out: This will opt you out of the MEGA VAULT promotion, meaning the MEGA VAULT Widget will not launch during the promotion. Should you opt out and choose to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with PlayNow Customer Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop-up window to relaunch for your account.
• Decide Later: If you choose "Decide Later," the opt-in pop-up will launch the next time you open a featured game during an active promotional period.

If you opted out of the MEGA VAULT promotion but decide to opt in at a later date, you must call or chat with PlayNow Customer Support at 1-877-706-6789. Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop-up window to relaunch for your account.

No. Once you have opted in to the MEGA VAULT promotion, you do not need to opt in again. When you open a featured game during an active promotional period, the MEGA VAULT Widget will automatically launch.

The MEGA VAULT will randomly crack open and award either a MEGA Drop or MINI Drop to eligible players actively playing featured games during an active promotional period.

The MEGA VAULT Widget will display how many prizes are available to be won during the applicable promotional period.

When the available prizes have been awarded, the widget will display a countdown indicating when the next promotional period begins and more prizes become available.

If the MEGA VAULT Widget awards you a prize, a win message will appear on your screen. It will display whether you won a MEGA Drop or MINI Drop and the value of the prize you won.

Yes. The MEGA VAULT Widget uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) to award prizes. It is possible for the same eligible player to win more than one prize during the promotion.

No, there is no minimum spend requirement. MEGA VAULT prizes are randomly awarded to eligible players actively playing a featured game when the MEGA VAULT cracks during an active promotional period.

Congratulations! All prizes will be awarded directly to your PlayNow account within three business days.

If you win a prize on a weekend, your prize may not be added to your PlayNow account until the following business day. You will receive a notification of an Account Adjustment and an account message letting you know to check your account balance.

Please contact PlayNow Customer Support if you have not received your prize after four business days. Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the MEGA VAULT Terms & Conditions.

Business Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

No. The MEGA VAULT promotion does not affect the game play of the featured game you are playing. You remain eligible for any prizes or jackpots available within the featured game itself.

Any winnings from the featured game are separate from the MEGA VAULT promotion and do not impact your eligibility to win a MEGA VAULT prize.
